We manage procurement and logistics to ensure that the right material is available at the right time, in the right quantity and quality. We anticipate shortages through careful planning with clear delivery schedules, preventing delays and allowing us to quickly respond to demand.
We not only handle the production of the product components but also the procurement and logistics of supplementary purchased parts that complete the product. This includes a wide range of items, such as screws, sealing materials, PCB(Printed Circuit Boards)and so on. We strive to deliver a fully finished product entirely according to your requirements and wishes.
A product rarely consists of just one component; it is often a combination of multiple components. To turn these components into a product, several assembly steps are usually required. The carefully designed product is prepared for efficient assembly and later, recycling. Sometimes this requires special tools (assembly tools) or even complete assembly lines. Our involvement in the project ensures that these crucial elements are considered from the start. During the technical design review, all these aspects are specifically addressed.
Throughout the process, we closely monitor progress and conduct regular inspections of all our ongoing projects, both at fixed intervals and randomly. Despite our long-standing relationships with production partners, all projects are thoroughly tracked and evaluated.
