We completely redesigned the Pitbull hoods for Peeters Group. The aim was to create a powerful, modern look while retaining the recognisable identity. We developed two length models that are cleverly constructed from a single shared mould. To withstand extreme working conditions, we opted for metal hoods with maximum robustness.
The impact of the new Pitbull hoods is clearly visible in both use and appearance. The design is robust and instantly recognisable in the field, contributing to Pitbull's strong brand identity. The tiltable rear cover allows for faster and easier maintenance, with improved accessibility to the internal components. The service panel has also been redesigned as a tiltable cover, further enhancing user-friendliness and durability.
Based on mood boards and image panels, we worked with Dannie Peeters to develop a new design language and line. This builds on the existing Pitbull style, but with sleeker shapes and a stronger character. The design also introduces future-oriented modularity within the Pitbull line. Pitbull Next Generation combines functionality, sustainability and a distinctive look. An evolution that strengthens the brand identity and is ready for the future.

The new Pitbull covers are designed to be completely symmetrical, requiring only one rubber pad forming mould for both sides. This smart and modular design makes it possible to produce multiple variants and lengths with the same tool. The result is a significant saving in production costs and lead time, without compromising on quality or design. This approach also increases flexibility in production and future expansion of the product line. The design is therefore a perfect combination of efficiency, robustness and forward thinking.
