For Basil, we transform complex engineering challenges into production-ready solutions. The MIK Side system we co-developed and won awards for is a perfect example: a high-quality, safe, and user-friendly product.
With our designed system, cyclists can mount bags at different angles thanks to the modular positioning, offering the user more freedom of movement. We aim for a consistent style and continuity in both design and engineering.
For the MIK Side we technically developed various components including the stud system, hook system, and locking mechanism. The stud system involved a true piece of precision engineering where strict production tolerances had to be maintained.
