This measuring instrument is specifically designed to efficiently support (para)medical specialists, such as orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation physicians, podiatrists, and physiotherapists, in assessing leg length discrepancies and other orthopedic abnormalities.
The measuring instrument includes six measuring blocks of different heights, allowing for precise readings. Additionally, it features an inlay for a notebook, appointment card, and pen, making it easy to record measurements and provide the patient with the correct information.
The product is ergonomically designed, allowing the measuring blocks to be smoothly removed from the display. Each measuring block features a tab with a size marking, strategically arranged in an ascending order within the display. This enhances the product presentation, optimally supports examination procedures, and ensures that the patient is engaged in the medical assessment in a simple and informative manner by the (para)medical specialist.
The boards are made of EVA foam, providing comfort and offering space for branding, such as logos and size markings. Additionally, the boards are easy to clean and disinfect, contributing to a hygienic application for patients.
We manufacture the measuring boards using injection molding, resulting in a high-quality finish. Previously, high mold costs limited the production of small batches, but thanks to our optimized cost structure, injection molding is now economically feasible for smaller volumes. This enables us to offer refined textures, paint finishes, printing, and inserts, ensuring that each product meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
