01. Analyse

Our systematic approach to create a successful product starts as a journey of discovery. We work with our client to clarify product requirements, desires, ideas, the brand, and the market. Using our developed tools, we arrive at a clear brief, insight into the client's brand DNA, and the further approach.

02. Design

The second phase is the most visible. We make sketches, develop concepts, and create the first models. Everything revolves around creativity in the service of the assignment. Our multidisciplinary team works systematically and regularly reports progress. This way, the client has insight into costs and quality.

03. Develop

We finalize the chosen options in CAD as a 3D production design. The advisory engineer now takes a leading role in decisions regarding construction, material, and production method. We combine over 30 years of accumulated know-how with up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience for the optimal result.

04. Tooling

We create prototypes in-house using various 3D printers to ensure the production files are ready for mold design and the actual production mold.

05. Pre-production

The first products from the mold undergo a thorough inspection to analyze what can be improved or optimized, with adjustments carefully documented. Everything focuses on the original goal: to create a successful product together. We achieve smooth collaboration in this process with production partners we've often worked with for over 15 years.

06. Production

We always oversee production to ensure the design is executed correctly. Audits and clear quality reports leave nothing to chance, whether it's 500 or a million products per year. Our production engineers stay in close contact with our clients about this.

07. Quality control

We view quality as a continuous process that we must consistantly monitor. On behalf of our clients, we follow all production steps with attention to product improvement and quality, while also keeping an eye on cost control. It is an investment in trust and forms the basis for consistent product quality.

08. Logistics

Our involvement doesn’t end at the production level. We deliver the products to your warehouse or packaging partner, ready for the next step. Packaging is also something we can take care of, both in terms of design and delivery. By properly packaging the product and having the design align with the logistics flow, the product arrives in top condition.

How does the first introductory meeting go?

During the first meeting, we discuss your ideas, objectives, and expectations. This helps us get a clear understanding of your project and determine how best we can support you. This meeting often forms the basis for preparing a proposal outlining the approach, budget, and timeline.

How do you deal with patents and potential patent applications?

We can assist with identifying potential patentable solutions and applying for them. Our experts work closely with patent attorneys to ensure that your innovations are protected.

At the start of the project, we make clear agreements regarding intellectual property rights. In most cases, we transfer the IP rights to the client unless otherwise agreed. Yes, we offer support in finding suppliers for parts or materials. With our extensive network built over more than 33 years, along with our location at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus where we benefit from new material developments and available expertise, we are well-equipped to help.
