The Rioned brand identity needed a restyling. The outcome has to match with Rioned's values and should represent the company in a fresh and modern way.

The new logo matches a lot better to the company as it is today. Modern, friendly, the forerunner in sewer cleaning equipment. When you have Rioned, you don’t need anything else.
Impact
The brand elements are implemented in all possible touchpoints (stationary, business cards, brochures, flags, machinery signing, website, etc.) to create a powerful and original visual identity.
Company introduction
Rioned is the European market leader in the field of drain and sewer cleaning machines and inspection systems. The company has been supplying sewage cleaning equipment for over 60 years.
We started the project with looking at the original logo. See if we could find some parts in the logo that makes it reconizable. We tried to use these parts in the restyle for the new logo.
By creating moodboards we determined the right design direction.
Create
We created a lot of concepts for the new logo which we presented to the client. Out of these concepts they picked their favorite.
After the first pick we started to optimize the logo. The client wanted it to be a bit less round. Below the result.
Brand colors
Consistent use of color is one of the easiest, most effective, ways to break through the marketing clutter. The primary colors are one of the strongest components of the Rioned guidelines.
Realise
Rioned’s corporate logo is the most recognizable element of the brand. We used the dot in the logo to create the spaces in and around the logo.
Implement
After the identity we started with the touchpoint. We did give the brochures and website a makeover to match with the new identity. We also created flags, machine branding, etc.
